The Ethiopian leather industry enjoys significant comparative advantages. Indeed Ethiopia has one of the world largest livestock population making the country ranking the 1st in Africa. Twenty-nine tanneries are processing and producing finished leather in different sites with a total of installed capacity of 500 million square feet per year.
There are many stories to be told about this place. Stories about hope, chances and opportunities. Some people look for redemption, others for help. Some instead follow their parents’ footsteps to create a better future.

Description: Complete restructuring of a housing unit, fifth floor plus attic.
Creation of a duplex-type flat. The project stemmed from the need to redefine the minimum habitability requisites for a housing unit lacking space. The internal slab was completely demolished and reconstructed to redefine space usability.
